We’re building a Silk! a massive 2-story house with enough room for my family. I love the living area and office, The kids toy room now is gonna be the guest room. The basement. It's a luxury rental space with its own entrance and we already have renters so I can get help with the mortgage. Totally recommend it! The R5 homes guys have been awesome to work with
